In a transformation dialog the check mark of the Create
animation option can be selected for creating a GIF
animation (that loops infinitely). After pressing OK of a
transformation dialog a new, animation
dialog appears where several parameters must be entered. The
total duration (T) of the animation must be given in milliseconds.
During the animation the background image is shifted a bit from
frame to frame. A completed shift is called a cycle. The number of
cycles (C) and the number of frames per cycle (F) must be entered.
So, the duration of a single frame equals T / (C*F) . Note that
this value is rounded internally to an integer number of
centiseconds! |
